HOME BUYER POWER PROGRAM
Home Buyer Power is designed for high income, Full Documentation borrowers (self-employed or salaried) with higher DTI's, supplemented by high disposable income or borrowers with high income potential due to their line of work who have not yet established a savings pattern (doctors recently completing their residency, Silicon Valley employees, etc).
HOME KEY PROGRAM
Home Key is designed for borrowers who have suffered a mortgage credit event such as bankruptcy, foreclosure, or short sale, and who do not meet agency guidelines.
OWNER'S ADVANTAGE BANK STATEMENT PROGRAM
Owner’s Advantage is exclusively for self-employed borrowers with substantial reserves and a stable income. No tax returns or tax transcripts are required since income is conveniently supported by deposits from either personal or business bank statements.
